  • Client IP: Upon full and final payment, the intellectual property rights (copyrights) for the final, delivered website, code, and design created specifically for you will be transferred to you.

  • Our IP: All content, logos, tools, methodologies, and source code used on the Integral Web Solution website remain our property and are protected by copyright laws.

3. Payments and Billing:

  • Payment terms, including advance requirements and final payment milestones, will be detailed in the project proposal.

  • Refunds: Our refund policy is determined by the nature and stage of the service provided. Generally, refunds, if applicable, are issued for the unused portion of the service, deducting costs incurred for work already completed.

4. Client Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, and materials you provide to us are legally compliant and do not infringe on any third-party copyrights or trademarks.

  • You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or harmful activities.

5. Limitation of Liability: Integral Web Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss of business profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time due to business changes or legal requirements. Your continued use of the website and services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
